Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouses by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order:
- Domestic Orders: We process domestic orders within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays and Sundays). All the orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Our team ensures timely dispatch and safe delivery of your products. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier service delays may slightly impact the delivery timeline.
Custom Charges and Handling Rates:
- Your shipment may be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
- Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on your respective government portals.
- Before placing the order, kindly check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.
- These charges will have to be borne by the customer. Shakti Vardatt is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
- The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges.
- If the customer refuses to pay the shipment custom charges upon arrival in the destination country, Shakti Vardatt will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
Delivery Timings:
- Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative recipient (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor). However, Shakti Vardatt is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.
Domestic Orders:
- FREE Shipping is available on all orders above INR 599. For orders equal to or below INR 599, shipping charges are INR 80 for Cash on Delivery and INR 60 for Prepaid.
- The estimated delivery times are indicative, and on some occasions, there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive updates on your shipment tracking status page.
