Order Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement, as long as the product has not been shipped.

How to Cancel: Customers can cancel their order through the website by logging into their account, navigating to the “My Orders” section, and selecting the option to cancel the order. Alternatively, they can contact customer support via email or phone for assistance.

Cancellation Fees: Any applicable fees will be specified.

Refund After Cancellation: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method if payment was made.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shakti Vardatt, we strive to provide you with the very best shopping experience. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges in any case, except for defective or damaged products, as opened or used products cannot be reused once sold or delivered.

In Case of Damage or Quality Issues:

  • If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, providing supporting images and videos, so we can address your concern promptly.
  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Shakti Vardatt is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Return Requests for Defective Delivery:

You must raise a return request within 1 day of receipt for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing product
  • Empty box delivered
  • Incorrect/wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Empty product delivered

Unboxing Video:

You will be asked to provide an unboxing video of the products received, with Shakti Vardatt’s seal or tape visible in the video, for the above-mentioned reasons.

Refund Conditions:

A refund will be initiated only if the products are in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

Return Process:

  • Once the damage or defective product request is raised by the customer and reviewed and approved by the Shakti Vardatt team, a return pickup will be initiated.
  • Once the product reaches the Shakti Vardatt warehouse, the damage or defective product request will be reviewed and approved at the warehouse.
  • If your request for return is approved in the case of a damaged product, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds shall be made once goods are sold.
  • We do not accept any return or exchange in any case other than a defective or damaged product.
  • All requests for damaged or defective products will be subject to review and approval by Shakti Vardatt.
