Delivery and Returns Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouses by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order:

  • Domestic Orders: We process domestic orders within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays and Sundays). All the orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Our team ensures timely dispatch and safe delivery of your products. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier service delays may slightly impact the delivery timeline.

Custom Charges and Handling Rates:

  • Your shipment may be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on your respective government portals.
  • Before placing the order, kindly check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.
  • These charges will have to be borne by the customer. Shakti Vardatt is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
  • The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges.
  • If the customer refuses to pay the shipment custom charges upon arrival in the destination country, Shakti Vardatt will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

Delivery Timings:

  • Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative recipient (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor). However, Shakti Vardatt is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.

Domestic Orders:

  •  FREE Shipping is available on all orders above INR 599. For orders equal to or below INR 599, shipping charges are INR 80 for Cash on Delivery and INR 60 for Prepaid.
  • The estimated delivery times are indicative, and on some occasions, there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive updates on your shipment tracking status page.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Shakti Vardatt, we strive to provide you with the very best shopping experience. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges in any case, except for defective or damaged products, as opened or used products cannot be reused once sold or delivered.

In Case of Damage or Quality Issues:

  • If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, providing supporting images and videos, so we can address your concern promptly.
  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Shakti Vardatt is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Return Requests for Defective Delivery:

You must raise a return request within 1 day of receipt for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing product
  • Empty box delivered
  • Incorrect/wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Empty product delivered

Unboxing Video:

You will be asked to provide an unboxing video of the products received, with Shakti Vardatt’s seal or tape visible in the video, for the above-mentioned reasons.

Refund Conditions:

A refund will be initiated only if the products are in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

Return Process:

  • Once the damage or defective product request is raised by the customer and reviewed and approved by the Shakti Vardatt team, a return pickup will be initiated.
  • Once the product reaches the Shakti Vardatt warehouse, the damage or defective product request will be reviewed and approved at the warehouse.
  • If your request for return is approved in the case of a damaged product, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds shall be made once goods are sold.
  • We do not accept any return or exchange in any case other than a defective or damaged product.
  • All requests for damaged or defective products will be subject to review and approval by Shakti Vardatt.
